Post Blackout Butter Recipe (Part 1)
  1. Choose your medicine. Use the best you can afford, more the better!
  2. Small amounts at a time into a grinder.
  3. Grind it into a fine powder.
  4. Add 2 ounces medicine to 1 pound unsalted "hormone free" butter.
  5. Put in Crock Pot on Low.

Post Blackout Butter (Part 2)
  1. Stir every few minutes.
  2. Simmer low for 24 hours. DO NOT BOIL!
  3. Grab strainer.
  4. Carefully place cheesecloth into strainer.
  5. Pour mix through cheesecloth into metal or glass bowl.

Post Blackout Butter (Part 3)
  1. Make sure to remove as much butter as possible!
  2. Fold edges of cheesecloth over. Ready to grab.
  3. CAUTION: HOT!! Squeeze all the butter out that you can!
  4. Use rubber gloves or hands will be heavily "moisturized" and burned!
  5. Should look similar or lighter in color if less medicine is used.

Post Blackout Butter (Part 4)
  1. Cover, mark time and date.
  2. Ready molds with wax paper.
  3. Carefully pour in butter.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
Questions? Comments? I am sure I will be adding and fixing this for awhile!

If your butter has too much of a grass or cannabis taste, you can wash the butter to clean the taste up.

Washing the butter involves putting water in with the cannabutter and simmer for about an hour. Then refridgerate until butter solidifies and separate. You can do this several times to get a clean taste with NO loss of potency.

Wait it has to simmer for 24 hours? So ya leave it over night, i'm assuming you can't stir since most people will probably be sleeping lol.
